Ryan Woods is originally from Northern Kentucky/Cincinatti and studied painting at The Art Academy of Cincinatti. He now lives in Bloomington, Indiana where he founded and coordinates Sweet Hickory, a gallery, record store, and art space committed to supporting local and independent artists, musicians, and other makers.
